Rooskin’s brand new cinematic music video for their track “Donnie”!
Earlier this year Rooskin put out their debut EP “Honey Spells” just weeks after the UK lockdown began. With the absence of live shows since release the band have put their time and effort into music videos - the first one released being this cinematic video counterpart to one of their EP singles “Donnie”.
Featuring London band Beach for Tiger on the track it tells the story of someone who longs for change in their circumstances, feeling as though they’re trapped in someone else’s life pursuing repetitive dead ended opportunities.
The video concept plays on the chorus line “I’ve been looking for love in all the wrong places” as the protagonist (Played by Matt from Rooskin) searches high and low through his home town for something that brings him a sense of belonging.
